Warranty (LED & Electrical products)
We provide 1 year warranty for all models of OMNI LED & electrical products. If there are any quality problems under normal use conditions, according to the following warranty terms, we will provide customers with a free repair or replacement service:
1. The warranty is valid for 1 years starting from the purchase date stated in the invoice. (For household user only, excluding special prices products).
2. Customer must present the original purchase receipt and the original warranty card to enjoy the warranty service.
3. The warranty does not cover:
- Malfunction or damages resulting from Acts of God, natural disaster, fire, civil unrest and / or accidents.
- Accidents caused by normal wear and tear.
- Defects from using wrong electrical supply, misuse or damage by negligence and abuse.
- Any damage due to the flows of liquid.
- Any damage caused by not using the product as per the instruction in the User Manual.
4. Customers enjoy the warranty service in the authorized dealers (except retail chain store, e.g. Pricerite, New Yaohan, 759 Stores).
5. Customers who purchased in retail chain-store (e.g. Pricerite, 759 Stores, New Yaohan etc) can enjoy the warranty service according to their own warranty period (e.g. 7 days) After the said warranty period customers shall be at his / her own expenses responsible for deliver the product to our authorized dealers and pick up the same product upon completion of the repair service.
6. In any case, OMNI has no obligation to everything from the use of our products causes any liability arising or losses.
7. This warranty service is valid in Hong Kong only.
8. Terms and conditions of the warranty service are subject to change without further notice.
